Hi, I'm Niamh Cassidy, MA, childbirth educator and IBCLC. While working as a Social Care Manager and organisation Trainer I started a side hustle, teaching childbirth education classes. As my passion for birth & breastfeeding grew I left her full-time job to pursue this new career. But, at first I really struggled to fill my classes and to get my name out there as a lactation consultant. I started engaging mentors, and taking trainings but felt that a lot of what I was being taught didn't feel right for marketing to expectant and new parents, it all felt a bit … icky! So, I went on a mission to find my own way. By trying and testing different strategies, (that didn't compromise my ethics!), some successful, some not, I has developed this unique programme for birth & postpartum workers to get more clients and grow you business.
